The Aloe Vera plant is a natural remedy used to cure a Sunburn immediately. When combined with a Coconut it can be crafted into an Aloe Salve to prevent Sunburn from happening for a few game hours.
The plants spawn randomly with usually only one per island. They can be identified by a blossomed, single red flower. As of version 0.37.02, once plucked, they do not regrow and must be scouted for on additional islands or they can be farmed to create a stockpile.
